How do I Update my Sweet Selections for my next Delivery?
Step 1 - Go to www.thesweetclub.co.uk and sign in to your account using the ‘My Account’ button in the top left hand side of the webpage.
Step 2 - Now go to our ‘Browse our Sweets’ page using the main menu at the top of the page. Choose your new sweet selection and click ‘Order your Sweet Box’. (if you can’t add new sweets to your Sweet Box you will need to remove your old sweet selection by hovering over the red button in the left hand side menu and clicking the ‘X’ on the sweets that you no longer want)
Step 3 - Scroll down your Sweet Selection and make sure you are happy with your choices, then click the blue ‘Update your Sweet Box’ Button on the right hand side. Go to ‘My Profile’ in your account menu and click the red ’Edit’ button in the ‘My Address’ section.
Step 4 - Scroll down to the Sweet Selection section and copy your new Sweet Selection using the blue ‘Copy your Sweet Selection’ button. Highlight your old Sweet Selection by clicking holding and dragging in the above Sweet Selection box, then right click and hit paste, check that you are happy with your sweet selection and click the blue ‘Save Address’ button.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
You can cancel your Subscription anytime as there is no commitment. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Go to www.thesweetclub.co.uk and sign in to your account using the ‘My Account’ button in the top left hand side of the webpage.
Step 2 - Now go to the Subscription page using the account menu.
Step 3 - Find your Subscription and click cancel on the right hand side, confirm your cancellation and thats it, you are done.
