You choose exactly what you want to put in your Sweet Box by searching through the categories and placing the chosen Sweets in your Box.

In general, each bag of Sweets weighs 100g. So most Boxes are over 800g (Approx)

At the moment there are two choices. One Sweet Box every Month or every Fortnight.

Yes, Just order a Monthly Sweet Box and when it arrives you can Suspend or Cancel your account. Then if or when you would like another Sweet Box you can order or reactivate your account. There is No Commitment!

Anywhere in the UK is FREE! Home, Works and BFPO addresses. Delivery can be made to friends, family, work colleagues or of course, yourself. Just add the address where you want the delivery to be made in the account section.

You will get your delivery a few days after you place your order, then every month around that date. If you have chosen One Sweet Box a fortnight then every 14 days.

No. The Sweet Box will fit through most standard size letter boxes. If you have a small letter box or there is no safe place to leave it, the postman will try and leave your Sweet Box with a neighbour or failing that, the Postman will leave a card for you saying how to collect your Sweet Box.

The usual price is £11.95 P/Month or £10.95 Every Fortnight (A Box Every Other Week).

Step 1 - Go to www.thesweetclub.co.uk and sign in to your account using the ‘My Account’ button in the top left hand side of the webpage.

Step 2 - Now go to our ‘Browse our Sweets’ page using the main menu at the top of the page. Choose your new sweet selection and click ‘Order your Sweet Box’. (if you can’t add new sweets to your Sweet Box you will need to remove your old sweet selection by hovering over the red button in the left hand side menu and clicking the ‘X’ on the sweets that you no longer want)

Step 3 - Scroll down your Sweet Selection and make sure you are happy with your choices, then click the blue ‘Update your Sweet Box’ Button on the right hand side. Go to ‘My Profile’ in your account menu and click the red ’Edit’ button in the ‘My Address’ section.

Step 4 - Scroll down to the Sweet Selection section and copy your new Sweet Selection using the blue ‘Copy your Sweet Selection’ button. Highlight your old Sweet Selection by clicking holding and dragging in the above Sweet Selection box, then right click and hit paste, check that you are happy with your sweet selection and click the blue ‘Save Address’ button.

You can cancel your Subscription anytime as there is no commitment. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Go to www.thesweetclub.co.uk and sign in to your account using the ‘My Account’ button in the top left hand side of the webpage.

Step 2 - Now go to the Subscription page using the account menu.

Step 3 - Find your Subscription and click cancel on the right hand side, confirm your cancellation and thats it, you are done.
